3rd-party libraries required for KDElibs 4

  1. Download all 'bin' and 'lib' packages from http://82.149.170.66/kde-windows/win32libs/ with kdewin-installer (http://82.149.170.66/kde-windows/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-0.7.0.exe)
  2. add the folder of your choice and set CMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH and CMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH before calling cmake
